If you don´t know Cosmosoul yet, you ought to know that they are the revelation group in the R&B Soul genre, and in Spain particularly, not the pioneers, but one of the few so called R&B groups who have managed to invade different media forums and gather all types of public in their performances. The music they deliver is pure, fun, original and almost revolutionary in the times we livin, when everyday less and less musicians stay true to their art and craft. The way they fusion Soul Music with other genres is so subtle and that´s what makes them unique.

Those who know their music know what I´m talking about.
Well, this said, I wanted to make a call to everybody who is feelin it to contribute on their cause. They are about to record their second studio album, and have reached out to fans and music lovers to help them raise funds to cover it. Through "crowdfunding", we can all give our little contribution. It´s really worth it.

This is the last  week to help, so let´s do it. Me, myself, I´m late, but better late then never!

Si no conocéis a Cosmosoul, tenéis que saber que son el grupo revelación en el panorama de música R&B Soul, y en España no los pioneros, pero los primeros en invadir diferentes foros y en hacer llegar esta música al gran público, con la diferencia de que la música que entregan es original y revolucionaria en los tiempos que corren. La forma como fusionan su música, abarcando también otros estilos es única. Pocos son los artistas que siguen fieles a su arte y oficio, sin comprometer la calidad de lo que hacen y creyendo de verdad que lo tienen es único.

Los que conocen el grupo saben de lo que hablo.

Pues bien, después del enorme éxito del primer disco, el grupo sigue su andadura y ha empezado la grabación del segundo sencillo. Esta vez, han pedido la ayuda del público para recaudar fondos que ayuden a concretizar el álbum. Sumándose a una tendencia cada vez más habitual, el " Crowdfunding" ha sido el medio elegido para recaudar aportaciones de los que deseen dar su contribución.

Esta es la última semana para aportar tu granito. Yo voy tarde, pero también lo haré, y os invito a todos los que apreciáis sú música y música en general a hacerlo, si podéis. Merece la pena.

Music Tuesdays: THE PLAYLIST

Salut!
I´m just passing by to leave you a quick impression of what I´ve been listening lately.
If you don´t know, Hip Hop is my first love, specially West Coast genre( Biggie, Biggie, Biggie, Can´t You see!), even if at the moment my favourite artist is a nice suprise from the East Coast, Mr. Nipsey Hussle with his Crenshaw Mixtape.
Even if many have said that hip hop is dead, there are still some heros keepin´it alive and delivering good music( S.O. to my man Kendrick Lamar!)
I don´t have much time to get deep in the issue, so I´ll just leave you the selection and a link that will take you directly to the playslist( courtesy of Spotify).

NOVEMBER BASICS

It´s been days since I posted anything, and the thing is November came melacholic and cold as ever!
In between some family problems, some blues and lazyness, it was almost impossible to post.
So here I am today, just to wish you Happy November! Yes, Winter is official, so make sure you handle it correctly! My tips:
-Good tea, patiente, love and indulge in something you like!

I started by doing the last thing! If I don´t do it, who will?( this is the perfect excuse line! :p)

Llevo días sin dar noticias, y es que Noviembre ha comenzado melancólico y frío como debe de ser.
Entre algunos problemas familiares, algún bajón y pereza, se me ha hecho difícil publicar nada.
Pero por fin recupero fuerzas, asi que vuelvo a estar más activa aquí! Hoy vengo simplemente a desearos un feliz comienzo del mes! Sí, finalmente el Invierno puro y duro, así que lo mejor para afrontar el frío, mucho té, paciencia y mimos!

Yo he empezado por lo último! Si no lo hago, quien lo hará!( esto suena tan bien! jejeje)

Oh, and also let me tell that for the first time in my life( ever since I left my mother´s house, which means forever!), I packed all the summer clothes out of my closet. This might seem the usual for many, at every season end, but for me it´s just miracilous that I actually found the time and will to do it. Usually m closet is just overloaded with all my clothes, which makes it impossible to manage,so I got myself together and did this, and I´m so happy! I even managed to save space for a belts only drawer, so I´m just proud! If you don´t usually do this, you should! Genious!  :)

Ah, y revelaros que por la primera vez en mi vida( desde que abandoné la casa de mi madre, es decir, toda una vida!), he cambiado la ropa de mis armarios de acuerdo con el cambio de estación! Es decir, he recopilado toda la ropa de verano, la he organizado y almacenado, y liberé mis dos armarios( sí, DOS) que ahora lucen sólo ropa de Invierno. Ya sé que esto es probablemente lo que la mayoría de seres humanos hace al final de cada temporada, pero quién me conoce sabe que es algo que nunca hice, lo que convertia a mis armarios en campos de guerra absolutos. Me ha funcionado para conseguir muchísimo espacio, y parecen armarios de verdad. Estoy muy orgullosa, y aconsejo a todos a hacer lo mismo. Es el ejercício más organizado que he realizado en meses! Incluso conseguí espacio para un cajón solo para cinturones! jejejeje
Genio!
